Job summary

Association of Process Industry in Singapore seeks an experienced learning developer to design, digital-transform, and audit WSQ and non-WSQ courseware. You will lead agile curriculum design, collaborate with SMEs, regulators, and international partners, and drive AI-enabled content and LMS operations.

You will modernise curricula into micro-learning, manage audit readiness, and ensure compliance with WSQ, ITE, MOM/WSHC standards, while maintaining version control and strong data governance.

Qualifications

• WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) is required.
• Must meet prevailing Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) course developer requirements where applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on WSQ/WSH curriculum design and LMS administration.
• Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI authoring tools and rapid e-learning software to meet aggressive timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-lifecycle course design from concept to assessment tools.
• Review and refresh WSQ and non-WSQ courseware for accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure compliance with WSQ, ITE, MOM/WSHC accreditation standards.
• Apply AI tools and rapid authoring software to create interactive courseware.
• Modernise curricula into micro-learning assets and simulations.
• Configure and maintain the LMS, including content uploads and metadata tagging.
• Collaborate with SMEs, regulatory bodies, and international partners to localise curricula.
