Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CET/adult learning design experience.
• Competent in learning solution design and curriculum design.
• Practical digital and generative AI literacy, including prompting and evaluating AI outputs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and report-writing abilities with clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse labour-market trends, job roles, tasks and skills gaps using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Translate needs into competency-based outcomes, modular pathways and assessment strategies.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, programme concepts and fit-to-purpose training solutions.
• Provide pedagogical guidance for blended, online and workplace learning approaches.
• Design and pilot responsible AI-enabled content development and learning analytics with human oversight.
• Guide teams on prompting, AI-output verification and data privacy considerations.
• Manage workplace learning courses, mentorship projects and enterprise transformation initiatives from scoping to delivery.
• Maintain governance over scope, budget, risks and benefits realisation.
