Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic International invites an experienced educator to lead design, pilot and scale CET and workplace learning solutions that meet industry needs. You will translate labour-market insights into learning programs, guided by data analytics and responsible AI practices.

Working with course teams, industry partners and public agencies, you will shape competency-based outcomes, blended learning, and assessment strategies, while ensuring governance, impact and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in CET, adult learning, curriculum or learning solution design.
• Ability to conduct learning-needs and job-task analysis and design competency-based curricula.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning, data analytics and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse labour-market trends, job roles and skills gaps using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Translate needs into competency-based outcomes, pathways and assessment strategies for CET offerings.
• Develop and evaluate concepts for training, micro-credential and workplace learning solutions.
• Provide pedagogical guidance for blended, online and workplace-learning approaches.
• Design and pilot responsible AI-enabled content development and learning analytics.
