Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Workplace Experience Coordinator to support concierge services, office operations, facilities coordination, and employee engagement across multiple locations in Hillview, Singapore.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with a 2-month onboarding after interview and a contract ending January 2029. The position offers a monthly salary of SGD 2,300–2,700, a yearly bonus, and 18 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to various teams within the organization.
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service.
• Support room and AV/IT systems management.
• Manage office supplies and requisitions; restock pantry items across locations.
• Support daily topping up and upkeep of pantries across three locations.
• Manage daily gym operations and maintenance follow-ups.
• Provide admin support to drive monthly promotions.
• Provide admin and operational support for planning.
• Assist visitors with on-site wayfinding at the Public Concierge.
