Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is offering a hands-on HR role in Singapore, exposing you to onboarding, employee services, claims administration, and HR operations.

Location: Hillview. Salary: SGD 2,500–3,200 per month. Yearly bonus and 18 days annual leave. Contract until January 2029 (possible extension). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM. Note: onboarding may start after 2–3 months following successful interview.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or A-level with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience handling employee leaves and claims.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge of onboarding and offboarding of staff.
• Process applications for various claims, grants and courses for employees.
• Update employees' personal particulars.
• Manage employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion processes and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
