Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking an HR assistant in Singapore to support onboarding, employee services and HR operations. You will handle HR admin, onboarding/offboarding, leave, claims, and staff data updates while assisting with promotions and welfare grants.

The role is a contracted position with onboarding wait of 2–3 months after interview, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM at Hillview, with 18 days annual leave and a yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or a relevant discipline, or A-level with at least 1 year of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge for the onboarding and offboarding of staffs.
• Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees.
• Updating of employees' personal particulars.
• Managing of employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Education

Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline

A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience
