Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR support professional to handle onboarding, employee services, claims administration and day-to-day HR operations at our Hillview location in Singapore.

The role includes managing onboarding/offboarding, updating personnel records, processing claims and grants, and supporting promotions and welfare initiatives. Minimum one year of HR related experience preferred; Diploma or A-level in HR or related discipline required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
