Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Office & Employee Engagement Manager for a 1 Year Contract, based at Orchard Ngee Ann City. You will oversee daily office operations, facilities, vendor coordination and employee engagement initiatives.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, budget tracking, event planning, and Health & Safety compliance, in collaboration with HR. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to drive a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Office Management, Facilities, Workplace Experience or Employee Engagement.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating office renovations, events and employee engagement activities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Independent, proactive and able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and facilities, including reception, meeting rooms, office upkeep and workspace management.
• Manage vendors, building management and landlords, including contracts, POs, invoices and service coordination.
• Support office renovation projects with vendor/landlord coordination, seat planning and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding, including access cards, workstations and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, team-building activities, celebrations and wellness programmes.
• Manage office administration, including mail/couriers, filing, supplies and general communications.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety requirements and emergency procedures.
• Manage and track the office operational budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with HR on employee engagement, workplace experience, DEI and wellness initiatives.
• Support internal communications and employee feedback initiatives.
