Job summary

Sephora Singapore is seeking an Office & Engagement Manager to lead the Singapore Regional Headquarters' operations, facilities, and employee experience. You will partner with People/HR to design initiatives that boost morale and connection across the team, while ensuring a productive and compliant workspace.

The role involves coordinating vendors, managing budgets, planning events, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Singapore Regional Headquarters operations and office facilities.
• Coordinate vendor and contract management, seating and onboarding logistics.
• Plan and manage events, team activities, and internal communications.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and filing systems.
• Assist with onboarding and exits for employees.
