Job summary

You will design comprehensive hospitality programs, manage end-to-end event logistics, and ensure brand standards while driving superior client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to oversee multiple events with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in events, hospitality, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in event planning or hospitality.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong program/event management knowledge and budget awareness.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills.
• Proficient with G-Suite and quick to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute sophisticated internal events and celebrations.
• Design and oversee a hospitality program for visiting clients and VIPs.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: venue, vendors, budget, catering, tech.
• Collaborate with leadership to align events with objectives and messaging.
• Develop an events calendar and optimise resources and impact.
• Ensure privacy and security of attendees and smooth site operations.
