Job summary

PERSOL Singapore PTE LTD in Singapore is assisting a public healthcare client to hire an Assistant Manager, Workflow Improvement. The role focuses on coordinating the Community Care Team to promote healthy lifestyles among residents and to drive efficient care operations.

You will analyze workloads, monitor KPIs, pilot new programs and technology solutions, and collaborate with internal and external partners to close service gaps while upholding high quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data management and workflow improvement is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong sense of responsibility for managing complaints and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of the Community Care Team to promote healthy lifestyles among residents through various community initiatives.
• Collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive health support for residents and coordinate operational activities.
• Contribute to operational planning, data analysis, and monitoring of workload and key performance indicators.
• Identify and implement improvements in community operations to enhance care quality and resident experience, including piloting new programs and technology solutions.
• Manage resident feedback, collaborating with stakeholders to address concerns and uncover service gaps.
• Perform any additional duties as required.
