Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years working experience.
• Post-graduate qualifications an advantage.
• Experience in project management including planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Work experience in healthcare / hospital / training / education industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning activities, stakeholder engagements, governance workgroups and workshops; monitor milestones and maintain documentation.
• Serve as liaison for assigned clinical portfolios; facilitate performance review discussions and analyse data to inform decisions.
• Support care transformation initiatives by developing and refining care models, service pathways and related projects; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide secretariat and administrative support for committees, including meeting coordination and preparation of papers.
• Assist in key collaborative projects and cover other team-related portfolios as assigned by Reporting Officer.
• Guide junior colleagues in CTO driven initiatives and assist in preparing presentations, minutes and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
