Job summary

PERSOL Singapore PTE LTD is seeking an Assistant Manager, Workflow Improvement to support the Community Care Team in promoting healthy lifestyles for residents. The role involves coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and driving data-driven workflow improvements in a public healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include operational planning, data analysis, KPI monitoring, and piloting new programs and technology solutions to enhance resident care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior experience in data management and workflow improvement is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders within the healthcare field.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility with the ability to manage complaints and feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of the Community Care Team to promote healthy lifestyles among residents through various community initiatives.
• Collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive health support for residents and coordinate operational activities.
• Contribute to operational planning, data analysis, and monitoring of workload and key performance indicators.
• Identify and implement improvements in community operations to enhance care quality and resident experience, including piloting new programs and technology solutions.
• Manage resident feedback, collaborating with stakeholders to address concerns and uncover service gaps.
• Perform any additional duties as required.
