Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage data updates across systems and coordinate IT asset reporting. You will liaise with operations, finance, sales and technical teams to deliver accurate SLA reports and support deployments.

The role requires hands-on IT asset knowledge and experience with hardware/software deployments, with a focus on timely, accurate reporting and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• At least 2 years of similar role experience.
• Knowledge of IT equipment installation and deployment, including hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Update data accurately in internal and external systems on time.
• Prepare reports for SLA compliance with operations, finance, sales and tech teams.
• Ensure IT assets are recorded and reported for deployment.
• Coordinate site surveys, preparations and deployments with service teams.
• Communicate with external parties for quotations, delivery and billing.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate and timely updates of data within internal and external systems
• Communicates with internal operations, finance, sales and technical stakeholders to provide accurate and timely reports according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Responsible to ensure all IT assets are properly recorded and provide accurate reporting for the purpose of assets deployment.
• Communicates with Service Deployment personnels to schedule site survey, site preparations and deployments.
• Communicates with external parties for preparations of Quotations, Delivery. and Billing functions.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma Certificate in any field
• At least 2 years of experience working in similar role
• Knowledge of IT equipment such as desktop, laptop, printer and attached peripherals installation & maintenance including hardware, software and consumables system upgrades and deployment process
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
