Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a details-oriented IT assets & data coordinator in Singapore. You will ensure accurate updates across internal and external systems and prepare timely reports to meet SLA commitments.

You will also manage asset records for deployment and coordinate with service deployment teams for site surveys and deployments. Additionally, you will liaise with external parties for quotations, delivery and billing, and handle any ad-hoc tasks as required by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma Certificate in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of IT equipment including hardware, software and consumables deployment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Update data accurately in internal and external systems.
• Provide timely reports according to SLA after coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure IT assets are recorded and reported for deployment.
• Coordinate with Service Deployment to schedule site surveys and deployments.
• Coordinate with external parties for quotations, delivery and billing.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate and timely updates of data within internal and external systems
• Communicates with internal operations, finance, sales and technical stakeholders to provide accurate and timely reports according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Responsible to ensure all IT assets are properly recorded and provide accurate reporting for the purpose of assets deployment.
• Communicates with Service Deployment personnels to schedule site survey, site preparations and deployments.
• Communicates with external parties for preparations of Quotations, Delivery. and Billing functions.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma Certificate in any field
• At least 2 years of experience working in similar role
• Knowledge of IT equipment such as desktop, laptop, printer and attached peripherals installation & maintenance including hardware, software and consumables system upgrades and deployment process
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
