Job summary

TroyTech International Consulting Pte Ltd is recruiting a Workday HCM Consultant to assess and design configurations for HR modules in a global environment.

The role focuses on translating business needs into Workday configurations, managing change requests, and ensuring proper documentation and testing across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration with Core HR minimum.
• Experience with business process configuration, security groups, and calculated fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing CR lifecycles: intake, impact assessment, prioritization, build, SIT, UAT, deployment.
• Excellent documentation and testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRs through full lifecycle — intake, impact assessment, prioritization, build, SIT, UAT, deployment.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.

• Track and report on CR status and resolution progress.
