ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Techno-Functional Consultant.

The role focuses on functional solution design for Workday Financial Management, translating business requirements into configurations, and coordinating with technical teams for end-to-end implementations. You will lead design and implementation of modules such as FINACCT, GL, AP, AR, Procurement and Banking & Settlement, and drive integrations using Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on Workday Financials experience with ERP background.
• Strong knowledge of FINACCT, GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Banking & Settlement.
• Experience in functional solution design and end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Understanding of Workday integration architecture and relevant tools.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in functional solution design, financial business processes and Workday integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Workday Financials solutions, translating business requirements into functional configurations and collaborating with technical teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design and implementation of Workday Financial Management modules.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting (FINACCT), General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement and Banking & Settlement.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data migration and system enhancements.
• Provide functional guidance on integrations involving Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs and web services.
• Lead functional workstreams across implementation, testing, deployment and post-production activities.
• Identify opportunities to optimise financial processes and improve system efficiency.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials, preferably with 10-15 years of total ERP or enterprise applications experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Financial Management, particularly FINACCT, GL, AP, AR, Procurement and Banking & Settlement.
• Proven experience in functional solution design, configuration and end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.
• Good understanding of Workday integration architecture and tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors and APIs.
• Experience translating complex financial business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Ability to lead functional teams or manage implementation workstreams.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Customers, Business Assets, Projects and advanced reporting.
• Previous experience with established technology consulting firms or Big 4 consulting organisations.
• Experience managing enterprise ERP transformation projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications.
