Job summary

ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE.LTD. is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist to independently deliver HRIS configurations and manage client interactions, contributing to project success with growing functional expertise.

You will lead requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, demonstrations, UAT, training, and post-go-live support, ensuring solutions meet client needs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and document functional specs.
• Configure and test HRIS modules to meet client requirements; support data migration.
• Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
• Provide post-Go-Live support and implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

Role Summary:

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.


• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.


• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.


• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.


• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
