ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HRIS project lead to own end-to-end module delivery, run client workshops, and drive solution architecture decisions in SAP SuccessFactors.

You will mentor junior consultants, manage complex stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely delivery across HRIS initiatives in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 6–15 years of HRIS experience.

Description

ROLE SUMMARY: Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

KEY TASKS:

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
  Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.

• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
  Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.

• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
  Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.

• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
  Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.
  Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
