Job summary

Rolling Arrays in Singapore seeks an experienced HRIS Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, mentor junior consultants, and guide complex client engagements.

You will lead requirements workshops, design scalable HRIS solutions, oversee SIT/UAT, and ensure quality signoffs while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned
