Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an HRIS Consultant to independently configure HRIS modules, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery as you grow your functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure modules, perform data migrations, and conduct demos and UAT with clients. Training, documentation, and post-go-live support are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS implementation / support / end-user experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements; support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review; process feedback to drive changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on modules; prepare BRDs, training materials, and project docs.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within SLAs; implement minor enhancements from client feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
