Job summary

Rolling Arrays in Singapore is seeking an HRIS Consultant to independently deliver HRIS module configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery while developing functional expertise.

Your role involves gathering requirements, configuring modules, performing demos and UAT, and supporting data migration, training, and post-go-live support as part of a client-focused delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
