Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Singapore seeks a driven Business Development Account Representative to support the growth of our Workday practice. You will identify and develop new Workday opportunities, build relationships with prospective and existing clients, and collaborate with Workday consultants to expand implementation, optimization and AMS services.

This role suits someone who enjoys technology sales, client engagement and growing a Workday ecosystem within a fast-growing consulting

Qualifications

2–5+ years of experience in business development, account management, technology sales, enterprise software or consulting services.
Experience within HR technology, ERP, SaaS or professional services is advantageous.
Prior Workday experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for candidates with the right commercial mindset and aptitude.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new Workday business opportunities across target accounts and industries.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
Conduct market and account research to identify organizations with potential Workday transformation requirements.
Proactively engage prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events and other business development channels.
Qualify opportunities by understanding the client's business needs, priorities, timelines, stakeholders and potential scope.
