Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Singapore is seeking an HRIS Consultant who independently configures HRIS modules, engages clients, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure, test, and migrate data, conduct end-to-end demos and UAT, deliver end-user training, prepare BRDs and docs, and provide post-go-live support with adherence to SLAs. A Bachelor's degree and Workday Core HCM Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design with client SMEs.
• Configure modules and perform data migration activities.
• Demo and run UAT with clients and capture feedback.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs and project docs.
• Provide post-go-live support and minor enhancements.
