Job summary

MEISHENG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Employment Pass and Work Pass specialist to manage WP/S Pass/EP applications and related processes. You will submit to MOM, track statuses, and handle issuance, renewal, transfer and cancellations with accurate documentation.

You must hold a CEI certificate, be familiar with MOM eServices and Employment Agency procedures, and coordinate insurance for foreign workers while performing data entry and admin tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CEI certificate.
• Good knowledge of WP, S Pass and EP policies and requirements.
• Familiar with MOM eServices and Employment Agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit WP, S Pass and EP applications to MOM.
• Follow up on application status and handle issuance, renewal, transfer and cancellation.
• Responsible for Work Pass issuance procedures and required documentation.
• Arrange and purchase the required insurance policies for foreign workers.
• Handle client and candidate documentation, data entry and administrative matters.
• Previous experience in an Employment Agency or Work Pass application is preferred.
