You will source and screen candidates, manage placement for work permits and passes, and build lasting relationships with employers and candidates. You will handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes, coordinate interviews and offers, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• CEI certification is mandatory.
• Experience in a Singapore employment agency preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to independently develop corporate clients.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Requirements

• Valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is MANDATORY.

• Previous experience in a Singapore employment agency is preferred.

• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to independently develop corporate clients.

• Self-motivated, results-driven and customer-focused.

• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking clients.
