Job summary

TempServ Pte Ltd is seeking an Application & Integration specialist for Contract Logistics to translate warehouse needs into practical system solutions. You will work with Operations, IT and business users to implement, configure, test and train on WMS and related applications.

You will develop reporting and automation to boost operational visibility and data quality, supporting continuous improvement and standardization across logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support, system implementation, business analysis for contract logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of WMS implementation and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools, including PowerBI, VBA, SQL, Python is advantageous.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system solutions, configurations, reports and enhancements.
• Support end-to-end application implementation including design, configuration, testing and post-go-live support.
• Assist WMS migrations and changes aligned with operations requirements.
• Configure WMS applications, validate EDI/API needs and troubleshoot with Operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT and stakeholders to drive adoption, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, automation, and digital solutions to improve visibility and data quality.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify process or system improvements.
