Job summary

Toll Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant on the East side of Singapore to join our operations team. We value reliability and hands-on workers with strong WMS and warehouse administration experience.

You will perform stock movements, ensure inventory accuracy, operate the WMS, support administrative processes, and help maintain 5S standards. Immediate availability is preferred for this urgent hire.

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS and warehouse administration waives onboarding time.
• Able to perform stock movement and maintain accuracy.
• Immediate availability preferred for urgent hiring.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock movement activities including receiving, issuing, and bin-to-bin transfers.
• Ensure inventory and stock location accuracy within the warehouse.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and warehouse transactions.
• Support warehouse administration and documentation processes.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards daily.
