Job summary

STYL Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Logistics Administrator to support daily warehouse operations in Singapore, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping processes with strong inventory control.

You will use WMS and ERP systems to maintain accuracy and data integrity across the supply chain. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS, and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Track inventory using WMS and conduct regular stock counts.
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with logistics providers and carriers.
Prepare shipping, customs, and logistics documentation.
Monitor shipments/delivery timelines and resolve discrepancies or delays.
Interact with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Support demand planning and product allocation to maintain stock levels.
Ensure warehouse safety, quality, and operational standards.
Generate reports on warehouse and logistics activities and KPIs.
Assist in ad-hoc warehouse tasks as needed.
