TUNG LOK SIGNATURES (2006) PTE. LTD. is seeking a knowledgeable Sommelier to deliver professional wine service, assist guests with wine selections and pairings, and support cellar and inventory management.

You will ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of wines, and demonstrate correct service techniques. Ideal candidates have a passion for wine, strong communication and customer service skills, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced F&B environment, including weekends and public

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred.
• Passion for wine and willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional wine service and recommend wines to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Assist guests with wine selections, food pairings, and beverage recommendations.
• Support the Head Sommelier in maintaining the wine list, cellar organization, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of wines in accordance with service standards.
• Open, decant, and serve wines using correct service techniques.
• Conduct regular stock checks, receive wine deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service standards while maintaining exceptional guest service and teamwork
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time
