Job summary

CULINARY ARTS in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Junior Sommelier to join our front-of-house team. You will support wine service, assist guests with wine selections, and contribute to curated pairing for tasting menus while maintaining impeccable guest experiences.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to manage wine inventory, learn about evolving beverage trends, and help train the service team. This role suits someone passionate about wines in a fine-dining setting.

Qualifications

• WSET Level 2 or equivalent certification.
• 1 year of experience in wine service or fine dining.
• Strong interest in wines, spirits, and beverage culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of Singapore dining scene and guest expectations is a plus.
