Job summary

Tung Lok Central Restaurant Pte. Ltd. is seeking a wine service professional to deliver expert wine service, assist guests with selections, and support the wine program. Responsibilities

• Deliver professional wine service and recommend wines.
• Assist guests with wine selections and food pairings.
• Maintain wine list, cellar organization, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of wines.
• Open, decant, and serve wines using correct techniques.
• Conduct regular stock checks and receive deliveries.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and guest service.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
