Job summary

Grand Cru Wine Concierge in Singapore is hiring a reliable part-time Retail Assistant (20 hours per week) to support daily retail operations, deliver excellent customer service, assist with inventory, and help with food and beverage service when required.

This permanent role requires a hands-on, customer‑focused team player who can work weekends and public holidays, maintain store presentation, handle POS transactions, and contribute to a smooth wine retail and dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willing to perform hands-on duties across retail operations and food & beverage service.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commit to 20 hours per week on a permanent part-time basis.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• An interest in wine is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Retail Operations: greet customers, attend to enquiries, operate POS, maintain store presentation, assist opening/closing.
• Food & Beverage Service: serve food and beverages, take orders, ensure timely serving, maintain dining areas.
• Inventory & Stock Management: receive, check, display, monitor stock levels, report discrepancies.
• General Support: assist with promotions, events, and in-store activations.
