Job summary

The Straits Wine Company in Singapore is hiring a Sales Assistant to deliver friendly, customer-focused service in our wine retail shop. You will greet customers, recommend wines, handle payments, and help keep the store well presented.

We welcome candidates with retail or customer service experience and basic wine knowledge; training will be provided. Flexible to work part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to facilitate wine purchases.
• Recommend wines and products tailored to customers’ preferences to enhance satisfaction.
• Process cashier duties and payments accurately to ensure smooth transactions.
• Arrange and replenish stock to maintain a neat and attractive shop presentation.
• Conduct stock checks and support simple store operations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily shop duties and support overall store functions.
