Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhance guests’ dining experience by skillfully pairing beverages with food.
• Upsell beverages to increase sales and guest satisfaction.
• Organize wine inventory and cellar arrangement.
• Relay guest feedback for beverage list improvements.
• Collaborate with management on upselling and stock management.
• Maintain wine and liquor inventory to meet guest demands.
• Assess product quality and liaise with suppliers for best standards.
• Lead and train team on wine knowledge and presentation techniques.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations.
