Job summary

LQV Singapore is seeking a friendly Service Associate to join our wine bar team. You will support day-to-day operations, guest service, and food preparation while upholding the high standards of hospitality we are known for.

Prior F&B experience is appreciated, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. This hands-on role offers training and opportunities to grow within the business in a vibrant bar setting.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: provide warm, friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Bar Operations & Food Preparation: assist with daily bar setup/closing, beverage preparation, and cheese/charcuterie platters.
• Beverage & Stock Management: chill beverages, monitor stock, and help with deliveries and storage.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue and service areas.

About the Role

We are looking for afriendly, energetic, and service-oriented Service Associate (Wine Bar) to join our team. As part of ourclose-knit team, you will support the day-to-day operations of the wine barwhile delivering warm and memorable experiences to our guests. This is ahands-on role that combines guest service, bar operations, food preparation,stock management, and venue upkeep. Whether you haveprior F&B experience or are looking to start your hospitality journey, wewelcome individuals with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passionfor customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Assist guests with menu selections and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.

Bar Operations &Food Preparation

• Support daily bar setup and closing procedures.
• Assist with beveragepreparation and service during operating hours.
• Prepare and assemblecheese and charcuterie platters.
• Slice artisanal coldcuts and French cheeses with care and attention to presentation.
• Prepare light bar snacks and ensure food quality standards aremaintained.

Beverage &StockManagement

• Chill wines, beverages, and bottled water as required.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies during service.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries.
• Manage beverage and supply storage to support day-to-day operations.

Hygiene &Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the venue.
• Wash and organize glassware, plates, and service equipment.
• Handle cleaning materials safe and responsibly.
• Ensure the bar, service stations, and storage areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
