TEMPER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to help lead daily floor operations at temper.

Wine Room & Lounge, ensuring smooth service, guest satisfaction, and seamless coordination with kitchen and bar teams. The role requires at least 2 years in F&B with supervisory exposure; strong leadership, guest service focus, and familiarity with POS systems. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in wine bar, fine dining, or lounge preferred; wine knowledge not required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service across shifts.
• Supervise and motivate service crew to deliver attentive guest experiences.
• Assist with rostering, shift planning, and manpower allocation.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings on menu, wine, and promotions.
• Monitor service standards and guest flow, stepping in during peak periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members, including wine service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar for seamless cross-department coordination.
