Qualifications
- Prior F&B or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
- Team player with leadership potential.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
- Interact with guests, provide menu recommendations and upsell food and drinks
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
- Assist in training and guiding team members to improve service standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and daily operational checks
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager
