Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and delegate tasks effectively to ensure full shift coverage.
• Lead and oversee a team of waitstaff to maintain service standards.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff on service standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and handle complaints or requests professionally.
• Oversee all Front-of-House stations and participate actively in service duties.
• Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
