Kairos Global Search is hiring a Work-from-Home Recruiter in a fully remote capacity. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates across industries, while building a strong client network and maintaining candidate relationships.

The role emphasizes high commissions, flexible hours, and training to help you excel in a fast-paced recruitment market. Ideal candidates are self-driven, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings, with the opportunity to own part of Kairos

Responsibilities

• Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities
• Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from home, with a high commission structure based on placements.
