Job summary

Mayson is seeking a recruitment professional to screen and assess candidates, drive sales and marketing efforts, and build trusted client relationships using market research and industry knowledge.

You will engage in candidate screening, lead business development activities with clients, and stay informed on industry trends to deliver informed insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manpower or headhunting to support candidate sourcing and client engagement.
• Sales or client handling experience to effectively manage business development activities.
• Strong communication skills to engage candidates and clients clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute sales and marketing activities to develop business with existing and new clients
