Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building a robust pipeline.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and networks.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.

As a WFH Recruiter at Kairos Global Search, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates across various industries. This is a fully remote position , offering flexibility to work from home, with a high commission structure based on placements. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and eager to excel in the fast-paced recruitment industry. There will be training provided!
