JUST HIRE PTE. LTD. is seeking enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Singapore. You will manage the recruitment process for clients, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews while advising on compensation and career progression.

Qualificações

• CEI certificate required.
• Preferred experience in recruitment or sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo training if lacking prior knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Search and identify suitable candidates for client vacancies and shortlist applicants.
• Brief candidates about responsibilities, salary and benefits of each role.
• Prepare and forward resumes to clients for suitable applicants.
• Organize interviews by coordinating with candidates and clients.
• Inform candidates about interview outcomes and follow up on status with hiring managers.

Job Objective

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Consultants to join us. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for the recruitment process of suitable candidates for our clients.

Job Scope

• Search and find the right candidate for the client's vacancy, receive and review applications, arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates
• Brief candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
• Prepare and edit resumes and forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organize interviews for the candidate as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details
• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression
• Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR

Job Requirements

• CEI certificate required.
• Previous working experience as a recruiter preferred or any sales related expertises.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong passion for recruitment and people oriented.
• Training will be provided for those without prior knowledge.
• Attractive commission for every single closure (NO KPI)
