The Role: 180 Recruitment (Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement)

This is a dedicated 180-degree recruitment specialist role: your core focus is talent sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement—not cold business development or client management. You will partner closely with Senior / 360 Consultants to match exceptional candidates with live, high-profile mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Identify and headhunt passive talent across LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, internal databases, and direct outreach.
• Candidate Screening & Qualification: Conduct structured preliminary interviews, assess competencies, and qualify candidates against client briefs.
• Candidate Engagement: Act as a trusted career advisor, preparing candidates for high-level interviews and guiding them through offer stages.
• Mandate Delivery: Collaborate with client-facing consultants to translate search briefs into curated, high-quality shortlists.
• Market Intelligence: Keep pace with regional luxury retail trends, store openings, compensation benchmarks, and executive movements.
