Job summary

JUST HIRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to gain freedom to work from anywhere while building skills in recruitment, sales and client management. Enjoy uncapped commissions and only one mandatory office day per week to stay connected.

You'll source and connect with candidates, guide them through jobs and salaries, coordinate interviews and build strong client relationships. Training is provided for those new to recruitment, with emphasis on results over fixed KPIs.

Qualifications

• Energetic and ambitious individuals who are eager to grow and succeed.
• Candidates with recruitment, sales, business development or customer-facing experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Self-motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people and working towards results.
• CEI certificate required.
• No prior recruitment experience? Training and guidance will be provided!

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and connect with suitable candidates for clients' job vacancies.
• Reach out to candidates, review applications and assess their suitability for available roles.
• Review, refine and prepare candidate resumes for client submission.
• Guide candidates on job responsibilities, salary packages, benefits and career opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support salary negotiations and facilitate successful job offers and placements.
• Develop your recruitment, communication, sales and negotiation skills along the way.
