Job summary

Mindful Movement is seeking a part-time Wellness Assistant to support studio operations, customer service, and hands-on equipment tasks. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, helping with admin duties and communications while ensuring a clean, welcoming space for clients.

This role involves weekends and a weekday on-site schedule, with opportunities to contribute to marketing ideas and event promotion within a growing wellness studio.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Comfortable working with Pilates and aerial apparatus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Availability on weekends for phone duty and one weekday on-site admin.

Responsibilities

• Client inquiries (WhatsApp & Instagram): monitor and respond promptly and warmly.
• General Admin Support: scheduling, client comms, studio upkeep on-site weekly.
• Content Creation (Reels & Marketing): assist with in-studio footage and ideas.
• Equipment Maintenance: maintain Pilates reformers and aerial equipment.
• Studio Organization: keep space tidy and welcoming for clients.
• Poster Printing: create and print monthly promotional posters.
• Customer Service: handle phone and email inquiries and bookings.
