Job summary

Pilates Connect is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to bring our brands, studios and wellness events to life in Singapore. You’ll craft content, plan campaigns and manage digital channels across social, email and websites, working across our studios and education programmes.

You’ll collaborate with instructors, educators and partners, creating campaigns, promos and events, while measuring impact and optimising performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Ability to write well and adapt tone across brands and audiences.
• Experience with Canva, ads accounts and CMS tools.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage recurring marketing responsibilities alongside new projects.
• Interested in wellness, fitness or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation — Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms; write copy, design posts and simple marketing materials; take photos and shoot simple short-form videos.
• Digital Advertising — Set up, manage and optimise campaigns through Meta Ads Manager; monitor performance and recommend actions.
• Campaigns & Promotions — Plan and execute marketing campaigns for studios, programmes, workshops, promotions and events.
• Email Marketing — Create and send newsletters and campaigns, manage communications and customer journeys.
• Websites — Handle basic website updates and CMS changes.
• Events & Activations — Support open houses, workshops, launches and community events.
• Marketing Coordination — Collaborate with instructors, studio teams, educators, designers and external partners.
