Job summary

Jal Yoga Katong is seeking a Studio Manager to own the studio's performance, lead conversion, and member experience, ensuring high standards of service and environment.

You will manage leads, drive sales, report metrics, coordinate with the Customer Care Executive, and maintain daily operations during 12:00pm–9:00pm on-site.

The role requires hands-on, accountable leadership and a proven ability to meet targets in a busy wellness studio.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in a customer-facing sales role in fitness or wellness.
• Able to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Skilled in leads management and sales reporting.
• Comfortable coordinating a two-person studio team.
• Strong ownership of studio operations and member experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Reliable, on-site daily from 12:00 to 9:00.

Responsibilities

• Lead management: respond to new leads promptly, log & track in the system, follow up until conversion or unconverted.
• Sales and conversion: run trial-to-membership conversations, explain packages and promotions, hit targets.
• Sales reporting: maintain up-to-date leads, trials, and conversions; submit regular reports.
• Team collaboration: coordinate with CCE on enrolment support, promotions, and priorities.
• Member experience: build rapport, be primary contact for questions and requests, support retention.
• Studio environment: keep the studio clean, check equipment, manage stock and supplies.
• Responsiveness: answer inquiries across calls, messages, and channels during operating hours.
• Escalation: raise unresolved issues promptly through proper channels.
