At Grounded Spaces, our front desk is the heart of the studio.

You are the first hello and the grounding presence that shapes how our guests experience their time with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests warmly and helping them feel at ease
• Supporting our community before and after classes
• Setting up the studio for classes (different classes = different props, and you’ll help make sure everything is ready)
• Handling bookings, cash, and transactions responsibly
• Keeping the studio clean, calm, and cared for (wiping surfaces, occasional mopping, sending towels for laundry & folding them)
• Pre-empting guests’ needs with care and attention to detail
• Opening the studio on time (punctuality matters - our guests are counting on you!)

You’ll often work independently, so being reliable and comfortable working solo is important.

Who We’re Looking For
