Job summary

EXPERTISE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Programme Support Manager to coordinate wellness programmes and volunteer activities. You will support service providers, schedule events, recruit and deploy volunteers, and maintain records to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with procedures, reviewing attendance and reports, coordinating training and safety documents, and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coordination of assigned programmes, working with service providers and stakeholders to ensure activities are carried out according to procedures and timelines.
• Coordinate programme schedules and operational arrangements, follow up on issues, maintain records and documentation.
• Assist in safety and risk assessment document preparation and audit follow-ups.
• Review invoices and programme-related documents, attendance records and reports; follow up on discrepancies.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, including applications, interviews and updating volunteer information.
• Manage volunteer scheduling and deployment, including registration, shifts, and communications.
• Prepare deployment/attendance records and coordinate reimbursement arrangements where applicable.
• Coordinate volunteer training activities, including registration, venues and attendance support.
• Support volunteer engagement events with invitations, confirmations and logistics.
• Prepare operational updates and reports to support smooth programme operations.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
